- The annual Upbeat Club corporate meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3 prior to the Lakota West Upbeat Club meeting.

alumni. Please join us in supporting our
fantastic band program! |
Complete the Online
Upbeat Club Volunteer Interest Form and
let us know your volunteer interests for the
2007-2008 school year! The form includes the
on-going activities/events required to support
our band program each year. Be sure to watch
this web site for specific volunteer opportunities
related to Rose Parade travel and fundraising.
The
Charms Music Office Assistant is an
online system used to manage all student and
financial information for the Lakota West band
program. For log-in information, user guides,
and features available to parents and students,
please CLICK HERE.
As a member of the Lakota West
bands, you have the opportunity to earn money
for your Student Account by participating in
a variety of fundraisers over the year (see Fundraisers for
the latest). Your Student Account is shown in
the Student Miscellaneous Ledger in Charms. To
use the money in your account for band-related
expenses or to transfer the balance to a sibling's
account, just complete the Online
Request for Use of Student Account Funds. If
you have questions, contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org. Graduating
seniors must use funds or transfer them to a
sibling's account by May 1 of graduation year.
