Band Camp Registration and Payments

Make your band camp deposit and payments here by credit card through our secure PayPal account. If you have your own free PayPal account (not required), you can also make payments directly from your checking account. For questions about band camp, contact bandcamp@lakotawestbands.org. For questions about online payments, contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org.

  • Online registration deposit due April 4 - To insure accurate marching band registration, a non-refundable band camp deposit of $100 must be paid ONLINE by April 4. After April 4, a late fee of $50 must be included with the deposit.
     
  • Online installment payment option - Total band camp cost is $400 for band members and $365 for color guard. The balance after the deposit can be paid online in installments of $150 on June 14 and $150 ($115 for guard) on July 14.

  • Check payment option - Band camp deposit must be paid ONLINE by April 4. The June 14 and July 14 payments can be made by check payable to "Lakota West Upbeat Club" and mailed to Lakota West Upbeat Club, P.O. Box 1637, West Chester, OH  45071-1637. Do NOT send checks with your student to school!

Band Camp - Marching Band and Color Guard

 

April 4 - BAND Registration Deposit

 

You will be signed up for marching band when you pay your initial deposit of $100. No additional sign-up form is required. Deposit is non-refundable. After April 4, a late fee of $50 must be included.

  • Enter student's name, instrument, and grade during the 2008-2009 school year.
  • Select T-Shirt Size from the drop-down menu:
    Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2XL, 3XL
  • When asked to provide a shipping address, enter the student's home address if it is different than the billing address.

May 1 - GUARD Registration Deposit

 

Because color guard auditions are being held in mid-April, the $100 deposit for guard members is not due until May 1. Deposit is non-refundable. After May 1, a late fee of $50 must be included.
