Marching Firebirds 2010 Registration and Payments

 

Total cost of Marching Band if payments are received on time is $460 for all members of band and color guard.  The cost of Marching Band is unchanged from last year ($425), except this year’s fee also includes $35 for a mandatory summer uniform (shorts and polo shirt) that will be the student’s to keep.  In addition to the summer uniform, the $460 covers room, meals and facility charges at Wright State from Sunday, Aug. 8 through Friday, Aug. 13.  It also includes a portion of other marching band expenses such as band camp refreshments, band camp college staff, supplemental salaries for some of the director staff, the cost for music arrangement and drill design, color guard flag silks, show props, uniform dry cleaning, marching band instrument maintenance, pit crew expenses, etc.  If this is your first year to marching band you will separately be required to purchase Drillmaster marching band shoes (est. $30) and black gloves (est. $4) through the uniform committee.  Color guard members will also need to buy their uniform (est. $150) and guard shoes (est. $25).
