This option is available
when you need to specify your
own payment amount. Here are some examples
where this may be appropriate:
- When you have applied
your Student Account toward a payment, but need
to pay the remainder.
- When you have accidentally
overpaid previously and need to pay a reduced
amount on a subsequent payment.
- When you have a late
or outstanding account balance and have been
instructed to pay here by the Lakota West Upbeat
Club Treasurer.
Enter the Student Name and Payment Description
below ("band camp partial payment," "guard
uniform balance," etc.). Then click the "Pay
Now" button and enter the amount you are
paying in the "price" field.
Example: On March
23 you accidentally paid the band camp deposit
of $100 twice. If your next scheduled
payment is $150 in June, you can reduce the
payment amount by $100. Enter the Student Name
and Payment Description ("Band Camp");
then click the "Pay Now" button and
enter $50 in the "Price" field.
