Payment
On the Finances page, you can
make band camp and trip payments, pay your band
fees and manage your student account. Make payments
online by credit card through our secure PayPal
account. If you have your own free PayPal account
(not required), you can also make payments directly
from your checking account. To learn more about
PayPal or to create your own PayPal account, please CLICK
HERE. If you have questions about online payments,
please contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org. Payments
made through this web site will be posted to your
Charms account within 7 days.

you have applied your Student Account toward

The
Charms Music Office Assistant is an
online system used to manage all student and
financial information for the Lakota West band
program. For log-in information, user guides,
and features available to parents and students,
please CLICK HERE.
Now
you have the option to make payments directly
from your "Finances" page in Charms using
your credit card or PayPal account. When
you make the payments through Charms, your
account is automatically updated (you don't
have to wait for the manual posting).

As a member of the Lakota West
bands, you have the opportunity to earn money
for your Student Account by participating in
a variety of fundraisers during the year (see Fundraisers for
the latest). Your Student Account is shown in
the Student Miscellaneous Ledger in Charms. To
use the money in your account for band/guard-related
expenses or to transfer the balance to a sibling's
account, just complete the Online
Request for Use of Student Account Funds. If
you have questions, contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org. Graduating
seniors must use funds or transfer them to a
sibling's account by May 1 of graduation year.
